Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you may request a return and refund in accordance with the policy below.

1) RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return eligible products within thirty (30) days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;
• The item must be returned in its original packaging;
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer;
• Items returned without original packaging;
• Items returned after the 30-day return window;
• Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

2) HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include the following information in your return request:
• Order ID number;
• Full name used on the order;
• Reason for the return;
• Photos of the product (if the item is defective or damaged).

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3) RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
• A defective product;
• A damaged item upon arrival;
• An incorrect item sent by us.

In such cases, we will provide further instructions after reviewing your request.

4) RETURN ADDRESS
Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.

Please do not send returns to the address on the package unless instructed by our support team.

5) REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase;
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved;
• Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

6) LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund after the stated processing period:
• First check your bank account or payment provider;
• Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary;
• If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@homiqlestore.com.

7) EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
